Even if we do not offer a return or refund for certain items, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled, including the steps you need to take, applicable conditions, and timeframes.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and provide refunds only for eligible items under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
• The item is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 2).

Note: Even if an item is not eligible for return, we clearly indicate this in the product description, and no refund will be issued.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Discounted or clearance items.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive products.
• Gift cards.
• Digital products (e.g., downloadable content).

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps carefully:

1. Contact Us: Email contact@adultbicycle.com within the return timeframe. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the return shipping address.
   • Important: Do not ship the item back to the original address on the package. The correct address will be provided via email after RA approval.
3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Attach the RA number to the package.
4. Ship the Return: Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.Returned goods must be in good condition and must not affect their resale.

Return Fees:

• A return handling fee of 10% may be applied for international returns (unless defective).

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days.
• Partial Refunds: Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may receive a partial refund.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, you must place a new order and return the original item following the return process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact contact@adultbicycle.com immediately with a photo of the item.
• We will arrange a replacement, refund, or compensation at no extra cost.

7. International Returns

For international orders:

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible, plus a 10% handling fee unless the item is defective.
• Customs Duties and Taxes: Return-related customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return Timeframe: Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

8. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

• The standard return policy applies.
• If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide the option for a full refund or an alternative item.
