If you are unsure whether your country is included in our sales coverage, please contact us.If we are unable to deliver to your address for logistical or legal reasons, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
• During promotions, peak seasons, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Delivery time and cost vary depending on your region and shipping method.
We offer Standard (Economy) Shipping and Express Shipping options.

All times are estimated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Large bicycles are shipped by ocean freight (standard) by default due to size and weight. Customers may request air freight upgrade at additional cost (calculated at checkout).

4. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement (see table above).
Free shipping is only available for eligible regions listed in Section 1.
Express or expedited shipping will incur additional fees regardless of order total.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.
• You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
• If you have not received a tracking number after shipment, please contact us at contact@adultbicycle.com.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. You can view and pay these charges during checkout.

7. Shipping Delays

Although we aim to deliver your order promptly, certain factors may cause delays:

• Customs inspections
• Carrier disruptions or strikes

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs, but we will assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
2. Contact the local delivery carrier.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help locate or file a claim.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.
If you entered an incorrect address:

• If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or refunds for incorrect addresses.
